All Afiscooters are covered by extensive manufacturers warranty for a minimum period of one year. The warranty policy must also reflect the local rules and regulations. Be Active Mobility honors all manufacturer warranties and guidelines.
Return policy
Be Active Mobility accepts returns of products only under certain circumstances which are deemed appropriate solely and as authorized by Be Active Mobility . In order to obtain product authorization you must contact Bc Active Mobility for approval. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus return shipping costs at the expense of the buyer. All sales are final at the time of payment regardless of financing options and terms and conditions.
